I hope you all had a great christmas and didn't eat to many mince pies. We all had a nice long break and are now all very keen to get back to work.
There have been a few changes made already for 2008 and lots more being planned as we speak.
Firstly, a new member to the team. Lauren, she will be involved in just about everything but in the main her role will be to ensure our customers accounts are running smoothly and that our paperwork is up to date and where it should be!! Good Luck!
We have also invested in improving our current systems, including a new server to speed up order processing, both at the counter and at the desk.
Meaning less waiting time for you.
We have also spent a lot of time over the Christmas break moving and improving the warehouse. The aim was to create some more rack and shelf space so that we can bring in yet more stock.
Now this is done we are looking to expand the stock range to include a full range of underground pipes and fittings.
We should have this in store for February 2008.
